Out of the Earth: A Heritage Farm Coast Cookbook promotes locally grown farm products, and encourages sellers and consumers to buy local. Each chapter brings to the table foods that are locally produced, using diverse original recipes, either handed down through generations, or developed by today's imaginative chefs.
