Open 7 days a week at 22 William Street in historic downtown New Bedford
Kimberly Sheerin’ love of art started at an early age. With many talented artists in her family, she grew up with an eye for design and quality. Her passion for clay started at Portsmouth High School in 1991. She went to the University of New Hampshire and majored in Studio Art with a Ceramic focus receiving a fellowship during her final year to have her own studio space and help run the studio. Kim opened The Barn Pottery a year after moving to Pocasset in 1996. Raising children has left little time to focus on the studio, but through it all she maintained teaching & getting her hands in the mud as much as possible; she’s thrilled to be pursuing her destiny as she’s in full production mode.
It all starts with an idea, full of potential, and ready to be transformed. Let's discover what we can create together.
