Don’t let the juicy notes of elderflower, peaches, and honeysuckle fool you. this wine might smell sweet but it is completely dry. With it’s lush and spicy fruit of baked  apricots and candied lemon zest wrapped around a core of bright refreshing acidity this rich and wonderfully fresh wine feels full without being over whelming. Pair with yellow curry, pungent cheeses, or a pumpkin soup.
