Valentina Cubi 'Iperico' Valpolicella Classico DOC 2022 is an Italian red wine.

In the heart of the Fumane Valley—the epicenter of quality vineyard cultivation and winemaking in Valpolicella Classico—lies the estate of Valentina Cubi. The family's connection to this land began in 1970 when Valentina and Giancarlo Cubi took over the property and its winemaking traditions, eventually establishing the Valentina Cubi label in 2005. Today, as a certified organic producer, the estate honors both heritage and sustainability, with all fruit manually harvested from a mix of older pergola-trained vines and newer vines trained to guyot, ensuring the highest quality fruit from each generation of plantings.

Iperico embodies the essence of classic Valpolicella—unpretentious, vibrant, and utterly delicious. Crafted from the traditional blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvinone, the wine is vinified in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, lively character of the fruit and showcase the purity of the varietals and terroir.

In the glass, the wine presents a brilliant ruby red with youthful purple highlights that catch the light. The nose offers medium intensity with classic scents of ripe red fruits—bright cherry, wild strawberry, and hints of raspberry—accompanied by delicate floral notes and a whisper of spice. On the palate, fine acidity brings incredible freshness, making the wine dance across the tongue with vibrant red fruit flavors and a faintly tangy finish that keeps you coming back for more.
