Domaine Trapet Père & Fils' Gevrey-Chambertin is made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from 8 parcels totaling 3 hectares of vines. The estate, certified biodynamic since 1999, places respect for nature at the center of all decisions. Vinification follows biodynamic principles with minimal intervention, and aging is light to prevent excessive oak influence.

The 2019 vintage reveals vibrant aromas of wild berries with hints of dark chocolate, exotic spices and violets. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is lively and concentrated with powdery tannins and a long, perfumed finish. The palate shows finely sculpted tannins, a fleshy texture, and generous fruit with excellent balance and structure suggesting good aging potential.
