Open 7 days a week at 22 William Street in historic downtown New Bedford
France
Produced from around 90% pinot blanc and 10% chardonnay grapes, this sparkler is made by methode champenoise, just as is champagne. This wine is crisp, dry, soft and fresh with a persistent stream of bubbles and an elegant "champagne-like" creaminess to the wine. Bright white fruit is dominant on both the nose and palate, making this a perfect aperitif wine!
Gerard Metz is located in the picturesque and charming village of itterswiller on the eastern slope of the vosges mountains in the heart of Alsace. The estate includes 12 hectares of vines with diverse soils. The estate is run as organically as possible (lutte raisonee).
