Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is a red sparkling sweet wine.  Lambrusco Grasparossa is an intense ruby hue, with bright violet highlights, and a perfume that recalls freshly pressed grapes, blackberries, cherry, violets and fresh almonds, which is one of the characteristics of this grape.  The highly esteemed Lambrusoc Grasparossa di Castelvetro is originally from the higher valley and foothills of the hills around Modena and easily differentiates itself from the others by its more apparent body and tannins.  They give these wines more structure and make them perfect companions for more robust dishes.  Crowd pleasing and charming!
