Clementines Peeling is an original piece of art by Kim Barry. This oil painting depicts the beauty hidden within something as mundane as a breakfast clementine.

"This painting was inspired by my morning breakfast. I enjoy peeling and eating clementines, am fascinated with their sensuous fleshy segments and the beautiful curves of the peels. This composition was a bit like creating puzzle pieces, challenging and exciting. I also enjoy the juxtaposition of the cool and warm colors."
