Fly like an eagle is an original piece of art by Anthi Frangiadis. This framed charcoal drawing measures 38" x 50" and was drawn in 2014 for the Centennial of the vertical lift bridge on the Cape Cod Canal. This is an overhead view drawn from the vantage point of an eagle flying.

Anthi is an architect, planner and artist whose professional career is currently based in New Bedford, MA. Educated at the Rhode Island School of Design where she received a Bachelor of Architecture & Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a Concentration in Art History, her artwork compliments her professional career as an architect. She finds drawing is meditative and drawing is communicative. Large in format and at times complex in composition, her bold mark making in charcoal is an expression of energy, strength, and endurance.
