Produced with grapes of the Baga variety from the vineyards of the Quatro Cravos, this wine features a ripe wild berry and slightly toasted aroma. Creamy and well-balanced. Fine, smooth bubbles. A long and persistent aftertaste.
Selection of the finest grapes, hand harvested. Slight crushing and cold decanting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats with controlled temperature. The second fermentation occurs in stainless-steel vats with fine lees and periodic bâtonnage during 6 months.
Citrus colour with a thin and elegant bubble. On the aroma, you will find mandarin and apricot notes. In the mouth, it is complex and creamy with biscuit notes. It has a harmonious and long-lasting finish.
