15" Harvest Bowl

These ebonized harvest bowls are made using a natural process to darken wood that still allows a beautiful wood grain to show through. The ebonizing process reacts with the tannins in the wood to create bowls that are dark brown to black and 100% food safe.  Their ebonized harvest bowls have exquisitely placed handles, and are most frequently made from oak, a sought after hardwood known for being strong, heavy and straight-grained.

Sustainably sourced, upcycled, and handcrafted in Massachusetts. 

Oval shape, handles and a smooth edge.

Hand wash with mild soap and towel dry.

Apply food grade mineral oil once a month to maintain the natural beauty of the wood.  Beeswax conditioners help prevent wood from drying out as well as from absorbing too much moisture.

• Do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher.
• Do not place bowl in the oven. 
• Staining may occur if fruits and vegetables are left to decompose in bowl.
