No oak aging, this wine is juicy with white peach and apricot notes. They don't make all that much of this wine, and we're glad to get our hands on some of it!

Cheysson Beaujolais Blanc l'Exception is 100% Chardonnay fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness.  Rounded and fruity, this Beaujolais Blanc goes with virtually every meal. Mid-yellow in the glass with light green reflections, this Beaujolais blanc displays beautiful aromas of ripe stone fruits mixed with white flowers. Juicy flavors of Granny Smith apple, white peach and apricot dominate the palate balanced with a soft mineral component and an invigorating acidity that calls you back for your next sip. A perfect counterpart to most seafood dishes... Try it with shrimp scampi, broiled trout or steamed lobster. L'Exception would also be great with classic roasted chicken.
