Flutt Baga Blanc de Noirs Brut Sparkling, Portugal
Citrine color with fine and elegant bubbles. In the aroma you will find notes of tangerine and apricot. In the mouth, it is complex and creamy with notes of biscuit. It has a harmonious and long lasting finish.
Bric Cenciurio 'Sito dei Fossili' Roero Arneis
This Arneis comes from a prized vineyard site, Sito dei Fossili and is uncommonly complex. The wine is fermented in large, old 20hl casks and then aged in steel tanks for one year. This is a fuller style of Arneis with racy acidity and incredible character.
Paysan 'Jacks Hill' Chardonnay, Monterey County, California
It opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, leading into a palate that's crisp and clean, showcasing orchard fruit, citrus, and a pronounce saline minerality. Aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak (with only 2% new oak), the wine maintains a fresh, Chablis-like profile with a subtle textural roundness.
The Whole Shebang, California
The Whole Shebang by Bedrock Wine Co. offers rich spicy and fruity notes, like dark berries, black pepper, clove and meaty hints, from Zinfandel and other old vine grapes, creating a balanced, full-bodied, everyday red perfect for burger, BBQ, or pasta, often with a surprisingly complex profile for its great value.
