2020 Umbria Bianco “Ninfa del Nera” – Francesco Annesanti is a one man show from Umbria’s Valnerina who says that his soul is in his wine. Ninfa Del Nera is younger vine blend of Malvasia Bianco, Trebbiano Toscana and Grechetto fermented and aged in stainless steel, with light skin contact. It’s bottled without fining or filtration during clear skies and a waning moon. Ninfa del Nera is intense and exuberant, a wine bursting with vibrant fruit and floral aromas in a light, low alcohol package.
