Our masterful winemaker, Eckehart Groehl mentor and grower, produces this wine with earth friendly farming and native fermentation in stainless with brief skin contact. His vineyard hangs on the historic red slate and sandstone cliffs of Nierstein, a site originally planted by Romans along the Rhine river. For a fun twist try it with a splash of seltzer,cheers !
