Dannie Engwert is a fiber artist, based in Marion, MA who combines various fibers and rearranges them to create pieces that last. She is a teacher who shares her art by teaching the techniques as well as distributing her work on greeting cards internationally. She was born and raised north of Boston and received her education in Psychology in mid west where she raised her family and began her fiber art adventures. There she learned to weave and care for sheep and angora goats. She exhibited and sold her work, found a distributor for her cards, and then was called back east to care for her parents and ailing brother. Here she continued weaving and expanding her work in collage art.
It all starts with an idea, full of potential, and ready to be transformed. Let's discover what we can create together.
