Crisp, fresh and lip smacking delicious. Like previous years, the Fizz is mostly Chardonnay with a little Riesling for balance. Lemonhead candy tart and sweet with a flurry of apple and grapefruit crispness making up the sip’s wake. Don’t be fooled by the casual packaging, the Fizz is seriously worthy of haute cuisine pairings with its perfect poise of palate-cleansing acidity checking the sumptuous fruit.
