The flagship naturally farmed  Sangiovese do Predappio of the young and talented cult grower of Predappio (Romagna), Chiara Condello. This wine is fermented with a percentage of whole cluster in open top”tino” and is aged in old Slavonian oak before being bottled without fining or filtration. This is a roaring expression of Sangiovese, unique to anything found in Tuscany, and just as compelling. Think Brunello level depth and intensity.
