Queen Anne style architecture is one of a number of popular Victorian architectural styles that emerged in the United States during the period from roughly 1880 to 1910. The style bears almost no relationship to the original British style Queen Anne or its later style Queen Anne Revival. The American style covers a wide range of picturesque buildings with "free Renaissance" (non-Gothic Revival) details, rather than being a specific formulaic style in its own right. Some Queen Anne architectural elements, such as the wrap-around front porch, continued to be found into the 1920s.
My personal favorite happens to be in New Bedford.
